We got the half and half with the honey garlic. Marinade was tasty and chicken was really juicy! The skin was very crispy, not too oily and food came out piping hot and fresh. Servers were courteous as well!
My daughter craved for fried chicken that noon so we stopped by the rice chicken. The food was prepared immediately and served hot. I ordered Mild boneless chicken for my daughter, which is the only option on the kids' menu. She loved it. It is a generous size for a kids entrée. A lot of chicken bites, crispy and tasty. Fries are good as well. I had the Item 1a on the menu original fried drumsticks and thighs 10pc which is only $19.99 for Tuesday special. It's marked as spicy but actually very mild. Pieces are big and heavy, especially the drumsticks are significantly larger than Popeye's. I ate two pieces and already full. The fried rice skin of the chicken is also crispy. Will try other options on the menu next time.
I am a big fan of chicken and this place was really good! They havr lots of different sauces so you can get it to your style. But the chicken itself is super crunchy on the outside and very moist on the inside. You can get some of the chicken half and half which is a plus. I got #12 garlic spicy soy chicken and #6 gizzards. But were really good. Not too spicy (just don't eat the jalapeno) Will def. go back!
Good option for fried chicken!
Stopped in for lunch, good service, hot food lol.
Was a little weird that they had no A/C. It’s 95° outside and you don’t run the A/C?!
Have had lunch here 2 times now.
Had the fried chicken breast Lunch Special, asked for it spicy, it wasn't. Got a good portion of fried chicken, not bad. The chicken has a very nice crunch, but it has very little flavor. The sides of coleslaw and rice are small and tasteless. I like a good side of coleslaw. This was soft flavorless cabbage with mayo. White rice is plain white rice. No flavor. Oh, the teriyaki sauce was tasty. Don't put on the rice. Doesn't work....lol. I'll pass. If you have something better, let me know.
I have ordered from here multiple times. I never have had a problem with anything. I have a gluten intolerance and this is a great way for me to have fried chicken that is actually crispier than regular. I highly suggest this place, especially if you like spicy. It is not over the top hot, but it has some sting.
Rice chicken is good, a bit more on pricey side. Crispy and doesn't feel as heavy as typical fried chicken due to the rice flour. I'd recommend this place as there's not much Korean fried chicken north of here.
Ok I promise one day Ill try something other then the fried chicken sandwiches its just that theyre pretty fricken good. I did try one with baked chicken today and it was just as delicious! The cole slaw in it isnt super mayo-y (its tangy just not overdone with mayo, so I can pretend I'm eating healthy 😅). Also- it doesnt taste like cabbage but lettuce (not as crunchy). It says the pickles in the sandwich are sweet but theyre ... not. Not an issue, just a personal preference. The battered fried chicken is amazing too, nice little kick to them but not burn-your-mouth spicy. Ive tried the honey garlic (can barely taste it), and the sweet and spicy- both times ot seems like there's very little sauce on them. If only the additional sauces weren't $2 extra I could adequately sauce my sandwich :( (srsly thats too much for a tiny cup o sauce). The fries are crunchy and when they deliver them they leave flaps open so nothing geta soggy (a plus). They do seem a little expensive and I'm still trying to decide if $13 for a chicken sandwich and fries is worth it.
